November 29 - Little Miss Christmas Pageant
Little Miss Christmas Pageant is for girls between the ages of 4 and 5. There is a limit of 20 contestants. Must be registered for pageant by Friday, Nov. 22. The Pageant will be held at Central Park Gazebo. Contestants may pick up entry forms at Rushville Dairy Queen or call Cathy Redshaw, 217-322-4409 or 217-430-7756.

WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE HAVANA AREA?

November 30 - Chirstmas Parade & Courtyard of Lights
The Courtyard of Lights display will be celebrating 25 years! Held the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Parade will start at 2pm, with line up at 1:30pm. Courtyard lighting will be at 5pm, with many events in between!

November 29 - December 13 - Havana's Hometown Christmas
The ever popular punch cards will be returning this Christmas Season. For each dollar you spend within a participating store, you’ll get a punch towards your card. Once you fill up the card, that participating business will collect your card to enter you into a weekly drawing. Punch cards will start November 29 and run through December 23. Prizes will range from money in Chamber Bucks (money to be spent back in Havana), a Turkey, or the grand prize basket
